Contact supportContact
If you need help with Spectrum, contact us by email:
Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Privacy
Spectrum is designed to work without an account, backend profile, or cloud sync. App data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it.
Common help topics
Camera permission
Spectrum needs camera access to capture colors and photos for your Color Atlas. If camera access was denied, open iOS Settings, find Spectrum, and enable Camera.
Location permission and City Hunt
Spectrum may use approximate location locally on your device to create or label City Hunt palettes. If location access is denied, City Hunt features may be limited.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Spectrum may schedule local reminders on your device. You can disable notifications in Spectrum settings or in iOS Settings at any time.
Sharing photos and collages
Spectrum uses the system share sheet to share generated photo or collage previews. The final destination app, such as Messages, Instagram, Telegram, or WhatsApp, controls how shared content is handled after you choose it.
Deleting local data
You can delete captures using the controls available inside the app where supported. You can also remove all locally stored Spectrum data by deleting the app from your device.
Before contacting support
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Spectrum.
- Restart the app and try the action again.
- Check iOS Settings for Camera, Location, and Notification permissions.
- If sharing does not work as expected, try a different destination app to compare behavior.
